- Points are added after your order is successfully delivered.

If an order is returned or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted.

Follow these steps to place an order:
Select Products: Browse and add products to your cart.
Choose Shipping & Payment: Pick your preferred shipping method and pay via available options.
Confirm Your Order: Review your details and confirm your purchase.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email with all order details.
- Claims are subject to receiving a recorded video of the parcel being opened, showing the item from the moment it is opened and the damage is visible.
- Submit the video via a support ticket.
- Once verified, we may replace the product, offer a discount, or refund the amount.
- Our store does not allow out-of-stock items to be purchased.
- In rare cases of system errors, we will contact you and refund the amount if the item cannot be supplied.
Yes. You may receive a reminder email approximately 10 hours later.
Delivery costs by order value:
Orders over 3,000 Rs → Free delivery
Orders up to 3,000 Rs → 100 Rs
Orders up to 2,000 Rs → 200 Rs
Orders up to 1,000 Rs → 300 Rs
Delivery times:
Major cities: 2–4 working days
Other areas: 5–7 working days
Missed delivery or wrong address:
If delivery fails or the address is incorrect, the courier will follow their standard process.
We will step in to help resolve the issue as much as possible.
